Matthew M. Henry, J.D.
Area of Practice
Matt Henry estimates that he has been attorney of record in well over half of Arkansas & 75 counties in some type of matter. Since opening his practice in 2005, he has enjoyed tremendous growth and success in a broad range of practice areas. So many areas of the law overlap one another, he says. My knowledge and experience in one legal discipline nearly always helps in some other area of our practice. Not only have we worked on a lot of different real estate cases, but we've represented clients in probate and trust litigation, bankruptcy litigation and a variety of business and contract litigation. While both the Fall Legal Institute and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel have invited Henry to lecture on federal mortgage modifications and electronic discovery, his favorite accolade is his Client Distinction Award received from Martindale-Hubble for receiving perfect reviews from his clients on its ratings board.
My clients know that I will stick my neck out for them no matter how challenging or complex their case is,he says. If there's a way to prevail in a case, Henry will find it. Nothing is more satisfying than hearing a client tell me they've had their case with two or three other attorneys, but I was the one to get results. It's getting results in hard cases that other attorneys won't handle that allowed his firm to grow from a small solo practice to a well-staffed office and contender for larger clients in his real estate practice. When not in the office, Henry loves to get out in the woods on his mountain bike, but his favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Sarah and their two daughters, Abigail and Rebekah.
